Teams Sales Assistant
About the Role
Our Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; however, we also support reduced hours (minimum 12).
This role operates on the following availability window:

We will schedule your shifts within these times and provide 3 weeks' notice of your schedule. If your availability closely matches but not exactly with these times, we would still like to hear from you.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This is a dynamic role for committed individuals, offering daily challenges and opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers with passion and pride by:
- Providing natural, compassionate service to every customer
- Having in-depth product and service knowledge
- Working across all areas of the store (service, picking, replenishment)
- Implementing training to ensure safe, effective operations
- Decision-making to serve customers’ needs optimally
- Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events
- Monitoring store performance (service, sales, waste reduction, quality)
