Pay & Hours
- Starting pay: £15.59/hour (rising to £16.86 for stores within the M25)
- Some locations offer additional payments
- Minimum commitment: 16 hours per week (12-hour roles also available)
- Shift scheduling: Within your availability windows, with at least 3 weeks’ notice
- Age requirement: Must be 18+

Your Responsibilities
As Shift Lead, you will:
- Lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store
- Support all store operations, from team coordination to operational queries
- Foster inclusive, positive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence, making balanced and adaptable decisions
- Coach and mentor staff, role-model great service, and provide clear feedback
- Stay curious and proactive, seeking opportunities to improve customer, community and environmental impact

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a team lead or management role within fast-paced retail
- A strong passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- The ability to build lasting relationships, fostering an inclusive, supportive team environment
- Excellent communication skills, using effective methods to inform and engage the team
- A natural leadership presence, able to inspire and motivate for outstanding results
