About the Role

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments and holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months, including Bank Holidays.
You will have a minimum guarantee of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows below with at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver an outstanding experience for customers.
- Working collaboratively across all store areas, supporting colleagues with daily operational queries.
- Building positive and inclusive relationships to drive team performance.
- Assuming confident leadership in the absence of the store manager.
- Making balanced and flexible decisions while adapting well to change.
- Coaching colleagues, giving constructive feedback and role-modelling exceptional service.
- Staying curious and seeking continuous opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet slightly better every day.
Requirements
- Must be over 18.
- Experience working in team lead or management roles within fast-paced retail.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer-focused service and meeting diverse needs.
- Commitment to fostering long-lasting, inclusive relationships within a supportive team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to inform and engage the team effectively.
- A natural leadership ability that inspires and motivates the team to achieve results. Be open to flexible working requests during your application.
