Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows above, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. If your availability is close to what we have, we still encourage you to apply.
Age requirement: Applicants must be 18 or over.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Working across all areas of the store and all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
- Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
- Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role-modelling great service.
- Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be over 18.
- Have experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Be a clear communicator, using different methods to keep the team informed.
- Be a natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
