  • Sat: 10:00 – 18:00

About the Role

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

  • We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
  • Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.

  • Age requirement: Must be 18 or over to apply.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities and planet a little better every day.

Requirements

You will need:

  • To be over 18 for this role.
  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
