Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within your availability windows, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

- Leading the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
- Working across all store areas and collaborating with all colleagues to handle day-to-day operational queries.

Requirements
- Compliance: Must be over 18.
- Experience in team lead or management roles within a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong role model with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and meeting every customer’s needs.
- Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships and create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Strong communication skills, using diverse methods to inform and motivate the team.
- Be a natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to achieve outstanding results.
