Pay & Hours
- Starting pay: £15.59 per hour (rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25).
- Additional payments may apply in some locations.
- Minimum commitment: 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours also available).
- Shift notice: At least 3 weeks’ notice will be provided for shift schedules.
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store.
- Support across all store areas and provide guidance on operational matters.
- Foster inclusive, collaborative relationships to motivate colleagues to excel.
- Step in confidently to manage the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced decisions, adapt to change, and lead with flexibility.
- Coach, guide, and role-model excellent service through feedback and coaching.
- Stay proactive in finding ways to serve customers, communities, and the planet better each day.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a team lead or management role, preferably in fast-paced retail.
- Guided by principles such as:
- Strong role modelling for exemplary customer service.
- Building long-lasting, inclusive team relationships.
- Clear communication with the team through various methods.
- Natural leadership that motivates and drives outstanding performance.
