About the Role

Retail pay ranges varies:
- Starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25
- Some locations may offer additional payments
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week (though roles start from 12 hours are also available).
Shifts will be scheduled based on the availability windows outlined above and will include at least 3 weeks’ notice of your scheduled working hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a ** remarkable customer experience** in-store.
- Work across all store functions, serving as the go-to person for day-to-day operational issues.
- Build strong, inclusive relationships—both with colleagues and team leaders—to foster a supportive environment.
- Confidently step in and lead the store when managers are absent, ensuring smooth operations.
- Make balanced, adaptable decisions that swiftly address operational challenges.
- Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues by providing constructive feedback. Lead by example to reinforce our commitment to service excellence.
- Stay inspired and proactive in seeking ways to benefit customers, communities, and the planet continuously.
- Ensure school holiday attendance (as a general policy, conditions may apply).

Requirements
- Must be over 18 to apply.
- Experience as a team lead or in a management role within a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
- Strong leadership presence and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to build trust and foster Long-lasting working relationships—envisioning a supportive, inclusive team culture.
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal) to keep teams informed and aligned on store priorities.
- Natural leadership that inspires and motivates teams across all store areas.
