Pay Rate Starting at £15.59 per hour (rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25). Some locations may offer additional payments.

Hours Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours also available). Shifts scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
- Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
- Coaching colleagues and giving feedback and role-modelling great service.
- Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

Requirements
- You must be over 18 to apply for this role.
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong role model, committed to delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
