Pay & Contract
- Starting pay: £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.
- Some locations offer additional payments.
- Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 hours per week (with options for roles starting at 12 hours).
- Contract hours are scheduled within your availability windows with at least 3 weeks' notice for shifts.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over to apply for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store.
- Coordinate across all store areas, being the key point of contact for day-to-day operational queries.
- Build an inclusive team culture, fostering positive, supportive relationships for optimal performance.
- Act as the store lead in the manager’s absence, confidently managing operations independently.
- Adapt quickly to change and make balanced, flexible decisions when needed.
- Train and coach colleagues, providing constructive feedback and modelling outstanding service.
- Stay customer-focused, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance our impact on customers, communities, and the planet.

- Proven experience as a team lead or in a management role within fast-paced retail.
