Pay & Schedule
- Pay starts at: £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in the M25 area. Some locations offer additional payments.
- Minimum hours per week: Guaranteed 16 hours, roles from 12 hours also available.
- Shift notice: At least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
- Eligibility: You must be 18+ to apply.

Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver an outstanding experience for customers in-store
- Working across all areas of the store, being the go-to person for operational queries
- Building positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues thrive
- Confidently acting as the store’s lead in the Manager’s absence
- Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
- Coaching colleagues, providing feedback, and role-modelling great service
- Staying curious and seeking ways to serve customers, communities, and the planet better

Requirements
- Must be over 18
- Experience in a team lead or management role in fast-paced retail
- A strong role model with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to build long-lasting, inclusive team environments
- Effective communication skills across various methods
- Natural leadership ability to motivate and inspire outsanding results
