Pay & Hours
- Starting pay: £15.59 per hour (rising to £16.86 per hour in stores within the M25).
- Some locations may offer additional payments.
- Minimum guarantee: 16 hours per week (with roles available from 12 hours).
- Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
- Work across all areas of the store and answer operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, provide feedback, and role-model great service.
- Stay curious and seek ways to serve customers, communities, and the planet better every day.
Requirements
- Be over 18 for this role.
- Have experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Be a strong role model passionate about great service and meeting customer needs.
- Build positive, lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Be a clear communicator, using different methods to keep the team well informed.
- Be a natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to achieve outstanding results.
