About the Role

Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, while roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability aligns closely with ours, we still encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Work across all store areas, serving as the main point of contact for daily operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships to support colleagues in delivering their best.
- Confidently step in for the Manager when necessary.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions while adapting well to change.
- Coach colleagues, provide feedback, and model exceptional service.
- Stay curious, always seeking ways to improve customer care, community impact, or sustainability.

Requirements
- Be aged 18+.
- Have team lead or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Be a strong role model with a passion for premier customer service.
- Build inclusive and supportive teams through meaningful relationships.
- Be a clear communicator, keeping the team informed via multiple channels.
- Inspire and motivate teammates to achieve outstanding results.
