About the Role

Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, while roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability aligns closely with ours, we still encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
  • Work across all store areas, serving as the main point of contact for daily operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships to support colleagues in delivering their best.
  • Confidently step in for the Manager when necessary.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions while adapting well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, provide feedback, and model exceptional service.
  • Stay curious, always seeking ways to improve customer care, community impact, or sustainability.

  • Be aged 18+.
  • Have team lead or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Be a strong role model with a passion for premier customer service.

  • Be a clear communicator, keeping the team informed via multiple channels.
  • Inspire and motivate teammates to achieve outstanding results.
