Availability Window
- Sunday: 08:00–20:00
- Monday to Saturday: 06:00–23:00
Shift Lead pay:
- Starts at £15.59/hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.
- Some locations offer additional earnings.
- Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week (some support 12-hour roles).
Your shifts will be scheduled within these availability windows, with at least 3 weeks’ notice. If close to your availability, we still encourage applications.
Eligibility: Must be 18 or over.
Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service in-store.
- Overseeing all store operations, acting as the go-to person for operational queries.
- Building inclusive, positive relationships to empower colleagues.
- Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Making flexible, balanced decisions and adapting to change effectively.
- Coaching colleagues, providing feedback, and role-modelling outstanding service.
- Continuous improvement—seeking opportunities to enhance customer, community, and sustainability efforts.

Requirements
- Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong commitment to customer service, ensuring every visitor’s needs are met.
- Ability to build long-term, inclusive team relationships.
- Effective communication skills to inform and motivate the team.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and drive outstanding results.
