Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Test Analyst to support software quality assurance activities through comprehensive testing, analysis, and validation processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing test scenarios, executing test activities, identifying defects, and ensuring software solutions meet functional, performance, and quality expectations.
The Test Analyst will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and quality assurance professionals to analyze requirements, create test plans, execute test cases, and provide valuable insights into software quality. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to identify potential issues before software releases.

The Test Analyst will collaborate with software engineers, product teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in requirement reviews
- Preparing test reports
- Tracking defects
- Supporting release activities
- Validating system functionality
- Identifying opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and product quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, quality assurance methodologies, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience with functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems, test management tools, and documentation practices.
- Understanding of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system integration concepts.
- Knowledge of test automation concepts and scripting languages is preferred.
- Ability to perform data validation, troubleshoot issues, and analyze software behavior.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues to different audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple testing activities.
- Commitment to software quality, accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Professional attitude with strong ownership, accountability, and a quality-focused mindset.
