Mission:

As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions. You will execute test cases, document results with accuracy, and provide support to both internal teams and customers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow within a structured quality assurance environment.

ACTIVITIES

  • Test Execution & Analysis: Perform functional level 2 testing sessions for bank card products and contribute to initial test analysis when needed.
  • Test Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear test reports and help maintain project documentation.
  • Technical Consulting & Support: Provide basic technical assistance and consulting under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Follow established QA processes and report any issues or deviations.
  • Internal Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in internal training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Customer Interface: Support communication with customers when required and help ensure a smooth testing experience.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with Quality System and procedures. 
  • Understanding of ISO 17025 standard. 
  • Understanding of testing activities for the payment industry is a nice to have

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Communicates effectively in both the local language and English, verbally and in writing. 
  • Excellent written & spoken communication in an international and multi-cultural environment. 
  • High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work. 
  • Customer-oriented mindset. 
  • Solid technical knowledge
