We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Test Technician to join our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will:
- Perform rigorous testing and validation on vehicle systems, components, and assemblies
- Ensure recordings align with performance, safety, and the goals of our innovation-first culture
- Play a crucial role where every team member is empowered to push boundaries, share ideas, and champion our collective success
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed testing and validation activities on vehicles, components, and assemblies
- Accurately record, report, and analyze all testing results
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering procedures during testing phases
- Support setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment to guarantee precision and repeatability
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues uncovered during testing
- Proactively drive improvements by developing more efficient methods for testing processes, validation frameworks, and operational refinement

Requirements
Technical & Experience Factors
Driven by high-decisions, close-ground execution? You will need:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience in testing, validation, or technical roles within motorsport or automotive industries
- Solid grasp of automotive systems, components, and associated vehicle technologies
- Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition tools
- Database of functioning in fast-paced environments, working independently or in teams
Soft Skills & Professional Growth
- Attention to detail – ability to record, interpret, and communicate technical findings with clarity
- Strong written and spoken communication competency, cross-departmental engagement skills included
- Adroitness with Microsoft Office tools (Word,Excel, PowerPoint)
- A critical-thinking mindset with the aspiration to challenge norms, elevate challenge, and contribute to a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team culture
