Your Opportunity

You’ll work a minimum of 8.5 hours per week, with a competitive pay rate of £13.60 per hour, paid monthly.

As a Test Centre Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our globally impactful organisation—supporting learners who make pivotal decisions in their careers and lives. Your role ensures secure, seamless exam delivery while delivering a professional yet supportive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in candidates upon arrival.
  • Strictly enforce all exam security protocols and company policies while exercising discretion.
  • Verify candidate identification and explain exam procedures clearly.
  • Proctor sitting candidates, monitoring compliance and upholding testing integrity.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our IT team.
  • Assist with basic housekeeping—such as sanitising workstations.

Our Ideal Applicant

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented professional with:

  • Qualifications (or working towards them) in English/maths.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
  • Ability to:
    • Work unpredictable shifts (Monday–Sunday, including mornings, evenings, and weekends).
    • Maintain a calm demeanour in fast-paced scenarios.
    • Observe and report restricted behaviours from a distance.
    • Sit for extended periods and escort candidates safely.
    • Provide a quiet, supportive environment for all candidates.
