Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate team-player to join our dynamic environment, helping candidates succeed in crucial moments of their professional lives.

  • Role type: Part-time (minimum 8.25 hours per week)
  • Rate: £13.60 per hour (monthly payment)
  • Flexibility: Available to work mon–sun, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will:

  • Greet and check-in candidates while verifying identification documents
  • Explain exam rules and procedures to ensure clarity
  • Proctor and invigilate tests, monitoring compliance with security policies
    • Sit for extensive periods
    • Observe group behaviour discreetly
  • Troubleshoot technical or administrative issues, liaising with support teams
  • Support housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitising keyboards, maintaining test stations)
  • Esort candidates to and from exam rooms professionally

Who We’re Looking For

We value attention to detail, maturity, and adaptability. Applicants should:

✅ Hold GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths ✅ Have experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (advantageous) ✅ Share our values of customer excellence and security adherence ✅ Be willing to work flexible hours (including weekends and unsocial shifts) ✅ Demonstrate strong staff teamwork, confidence, and patience
