Job Opportunity: Test Centre Administrator – Pearson VUE

Your Opportunity

Hours: Minimum 8.25 hours per week, including shifts covering:
- Monday-Wednesday: 7:30 AM–4:15 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM–7:15 PM
- Alternative Saturdays: 7:30 AM–12:15 PM

Pay rate: £13.60 per hour, paid monthly.

This role involves:
- Serving diverse test-takers in a friendly, professional setting
- Ensuring secure exam delivery while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
As a Test Centre Administrator, you will:
- Welcome and check-in customers and candidates with professionalism.
- Enforce exam security protocols, following company policies with disciplined judgment.
- Verify candidate identification documents and explain examination rules clearly.
- Proctor test sessions while candidates complete exams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with IT support as needed.
- Perform basic housekeeping (vacuuming, sanitising stations, organising workspace).

- School-level qualifications in English and Math (advantageous).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a bonus.

- Work a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, early mornings).
- Maintain presence and attention to restricted behaviours in a quiet setting.
- Sit for long periods and escort candidates between areas discreetly.
