As a Test Centre Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of high-stakes exams while ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for candidates. Expect a dynamic role with diverse candidates and the chance to support Pearson VUE’s global leadership in assessment.


Key Responsibilities

In this essential role, you will:

  • Welcome and assist test-taking candidates with efficient check-in procedures
  • Ensure exam security by strictly adhering to test policies and guidelines
  • Verify candidate identity using valid documentation
  • Invigilate exams while monitoring candidates for test security breaches
  • Resolve technical issues collaboratively with internal departments, including IT
  • Maintain cleanliness (e.g., sanitizing workstations, vacuuming)

Who We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented candidate with:

  • School qualifications in English and Mathematics
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) considered an advantage
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (open 7 days a week)
  • Ability to remain composure in a quiet, structured testing environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including identifying prohibited behaviour
  • Strength and endurance for facing long hours and escorting candidates
