Your Opportunity
- Hours: Minimum 3 hours per week.
- Opening hours: Monday to Wednesday, plus every other Friday/Saturday morning.
- Pay rate: £13.60 per hour, paid monthly.

- Welcoming and assisting test-taking candidates.
- Upholding all exam testing security protocols and company policies.
- Verifying identification documents and explaining exam procedures.
- Actively proctoring candidates during testing.
- Troubleshooting technical issues by liaising with IT teams.
- Performing light housekeeping duties (e.g., sanitizing workstations).
This role guarantees hands-on experience with examples, showcasing the best of syntax application—joining our global open cores, we provide a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Check-in and greet customers while maintaining positive first impressions.
- Monitor exam testing security to ensure procedural compliance.
- Verify and process identification for test-taking candidates.
- Invigilate exams while upholding ideal standards.
- Assist in technical support with IT teams to resolve in-centre issues.
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks (e.g., vacuuming, sanitizing).**

Requirements
Pearson VUE is looking for an individual who:
- Has a friend-preferred school qualification in English and Maths.
- Demonstrates professionalism, particularly when working with demanding individuals in a calm environment.
- Shows flexibility in scheduling, including working into weekends and across unsociable hours, essential due to centre openings.
- Attention to detail—monitoring restricted behaviours is prioryogy.
- Ability to sit comfortably.
- Possibly experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
