Join our team and play a key role in delivering robust, reliable, and industry-leading test solutions from concept through to production.
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Test Development Engineer to support the design, deployment, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test solutions. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers and third-party suppliers in the design of best test solution
- Design, Deployment and support of test solutions in factory
- Liaising with customers and third-party suppliers to solve technical queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Investigate cause of reported test equipment issue and recommend best resolution
- Provide support to any part of the test department as required and be available to report findings to any other department or management level applicable in a professional and logical manner
- Carry out any other test function if required or when available
- Plan and execute validation testing against product specifications
- Root cause analysis and support of design improvements
- Maintain accurate test documentation and reporting

This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced electronic systems, influence testing strategy, and make a tangible impact on product quality and manufacturing excellence. If you have a Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline and proven experience within production or a verification test environment, then we would love to hear from you!
