Your role
We are looking for a Test Lead with expertise in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and process improvement. Skilled in delivering high-quality solutions, managing end-to-end testing activities, resolving complex issues, and leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.
Your profile
- Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Strong knowledge of VoIP and telecom protocols, including SIP, SDP, RTP, DTMF, IMS, call routing, IVR, and voicemail.
- Experience in voice technologies, including G.711, G.729, and AMR-WB codec validation and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of NFV, Telco Cloud, and IP networking concepts.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) using Wireshark, PCAP/SIP trace analysis, trace collection, and issue reproduction techniques.
- Experience in performance, load, and service validation testing, as well as monitoring and operational support.
- Strong background in test management, including test strategy, planning, specification, STLC, SIT, UAT, ORT, defect triage, and reporting.
- Experience with automation and scripting using Python, test automation frameworks, and telecom test automation solutions.
