Job Title: Data Test Lead

We at Coforge are hiring for a Data Test Lead with the following skills
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance
- Own the Test Data Strategy, Roadmap and Operating Model.
- Define and maintain Test Data standards, governance, and service processes.
- Ensure alignment with QE Strategy, Engineering Standards and Enterprise Data Strategy.
- Manage Test Data risks, dependencies, issues, and performance reporting.
Test Data Delivery
- Lead the delivery of masked, migrated, and synthetic test data solutions.
- Drive reuse of automation and provisioning capabilities across Build and E2E teams.
- Provide oversight of Test Data tooling and services, including K2View.
- Manage demand, prioritization, capacity planning, and service performance.
Compliance & Control
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and maintain controls for data masking, synthetic data generation and production-derived data usage.
- Support audit, assurance, and evidential requirements.

Environment & Data Readiness
- Work with Environment Management teams to ensure environments have the required test data available when needed.
- Coordinate data refreshes, provisioning schedules, and environment-data dependencies.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and tooling providers.
- Collaborate with Build QE, E2E QE, Product, Platform and Data teams to align priorities and delivery plans.
- Provide clear reporting and recommendations to programme leadership.
Leadership
- Lead and develop the QE Test Data Team.
- Set priorities, build capability, and support succession planning.
- Promote continuous improvement, service excellence, and automation.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Test Data Management leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of data masking, synthetic data and test data provisioning.
- Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and regulatory controls.
- Experience managing suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within large transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
Desirable
- K2View experience.
- Financial services experience.
- Knowledge of FCA, DORA and GDPR requirements.
