System Integration Test Manager
Cheshire - Hybrid - 2 days onsite
Up to 70K
We're working with an established organisation in the manufacturing sector that's looking for an experienced System Integration Test Manager to lead the functional testing of a major ERP implementation.
This is a key role within a large business transformation programme, ensuring the new ERP platform supports critical business processes, is fit for purpose, and is ready for a successful go-live.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end functional testing strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Lead the planning of functional testing.
- Create comprehensive functional test scripts based on business processes and system configuration.
- Lead the functional testing effort, ensuring the solution meets business requirements and operational needs.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards on testing progress, defect trends and overall project readiness.
- Lead system integration testing, working closely with business stakeholders, developers and third-party partners.
- Facilitate test walkthroughs, user sign-off sessions and stakeholder workshops.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience leading functional testing for ERP implementations.
- Experience with system integration and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- ISTQB (or equivalent) certification is desirable, and understanding of compliance frameworks such as BRC, HACCP or GS1 would be advantageous.
Salary up to 70K, Hybrid working (2 days a week onsite in Cheshire), and ownership of ERP testing.
