Job Description:
Test Manager with 15+ years' experience delivering end-to-end testing across complex public sector digital transformation programmes. Proven expertise in developing enterprise Test Strategies, managing multidisciplinary test teams, and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), regression, performance and security testing. Experienced working within Agile and hybrid delivery environments, managing third-party suppliers and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale cloud, data, digital and technology programmes. Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, cyber security principles, public sector governance and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services for Central Government, Police, NHS and Local Government organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Test Strategy and Test Management Plan.
- Lead all phases of testing, including System Testing (SIT), Integration Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing and Security Testing.
- Manage multidisciplinary testing teams across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate testing activities across Agile and hybrid delivery teams.
- Manage suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
- Ensure test environments and test data are available and fit for purpose.
- Produce quality metrics, dashboards and management reports.
- Manage defects through to resolution using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Chair Test Readiness and Go/No-Go meetings.
- Support release management, deployment and post-implementation hypercare.
- Ensure compliance with public sector governance, accessibility requirements and security standards.
