We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance across a large-scale digital transformation programme. You'll be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, leading a team of Quality Engineers, and ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in test management, automation and stakeholder engagement who enjoys leading teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the overall test strategy across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Quality Engineers.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation, with a strong focus on Playwright.
  • Establish testing standards, processes, KPIs and quality metrics.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
  • Work closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers and continuously improve testing practices.
  • Provide regular reporting and quality insights to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
