About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Test Manager to join our Consulting Quality Engineering Team. You’ll contribute to shaping and delivering large-scale transformation programmes for clients, with a strong focus on Finance, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance—while also supporting work across other sectors where needed. This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced consulting environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement—where quality is a core delivery driver.
You’ll manage the testing workstream across complex, end-to-end technology programmes featuring market-leading ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll, Core Banking, Insurance, Digital Experience, and Data/Analytics platforms. Responsibilities include supporting test strategy definition, coordinating resources across distributed teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes through structured planning, governance, and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with programme leadership and delivery partners to embed strong testing practices throughout the lifecycle.
Our Quality Engineering team is expanding to meet growing demand for reliable, scalable testing solutions. You’ll contribute to how we enhance our services, adopt new tools and delivery approaches, and apply innovative thinking—including automation and AI—to improve testing execution.
This role suits someone with solid consulting experience who enjoys client interaction, thrives in dynamic delivery environments, and is growing toward broader leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on in test delivery.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
