Job Title: Test Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Security Clearance: SC Eligible required
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the overall testing strategy and delivery for a major enterprise technology programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of an integrated solution through effective planning, governance, end-to-end testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will oversee testing across multiple teams and technologies, ensuring the solution is fully validated before production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall Test Strategy.
- Manage System Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams, developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple integrated applications.
- Produce concise testing status reports and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
- Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate defect resolution across teams.
- Identify, document, and escalate testing risks and issues.
- Build strong relationships with business SMEs and technical stakeholders.
- Establish assurance processes that provide confidence in the delivered solution.
- Support delivery teams throughout the software testing lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large enterprise programmes.
- Strong experience developing enterprise Test Strategies.
- Extensive experience managing:
- End-to-End Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Regression Testing
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams.
- Experience managing offshore testing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing Test Analysts and QA teams.
- Excellent defect, dependency, and risk management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce testing/integrations.
- Experience with test reporting and governance.

Desirable
- Experience coordinating Scrum of Scrums.
- Environment Management experience.
- Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes.
Work Pattern
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Location: Hybrid working (London)
