The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to support the delivery of a major Workday HR & Finance implementation.
Working closely with programme leadership, you'll take ownership of the overall testing approach, ensuring testing is effectively planned, governed and delivered. A key part of the role will be engaging with client stakeholders to secure and manage business involvement throughout the testing lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and implementing the overall test strategy and approach for the programme.
- Leading and coordinating all testing activities across the Workday implementation.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to secure participation in testing activities and manage engagement throughout the programme.
- Managing test plans, schedules, risks, issues and reporting.
- Overseeing test execution, defect management and quality assurance.
- Collaborating with programme, delivery and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on Workday implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of the Workday business testing approach.
- Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies and managing complex test delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business users and coordinate testing across multiple teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working on UK Government or wider public sector programmes.
- Security Clearance (SC) is highly desirable.

- Location: Fully Remote
- Contract: Outside IR35
