Main Objective
To test and investigate high voltage power supplies using automated test fixtures within a cell manufacturing environment, while providing:
- Hands-on support for general manufacturing activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of high-voltage power supplies to meet specifications.
- Complete test documentation in line with customer and quality system requirements.
- Modify and upgrade assemblies and finished products as required.
- Interpret and implement engineering changes accurately.
- Identify and report quality or performance issues through non-conformance processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Test Equipment Design, and Sales to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Provide hands-on support for manufacturing activities, including basic mechanical assembly, component installation, and general production assistance.

Support and comply with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environmental) standards and initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proficient in following test procedures and meeting standard test times.
- Skilled in using oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.
- Experience with high-voltage testing and IPC-standard soldering/rework.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of high-voltage testing methods is a strong advantage.
