What you’ll be doing…
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will assist with job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and the maintenance of recruitment records, helping to deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Support the recruitment team with the full administration of the hiring process
- Post job adverts across internal and external platforms
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and outcome notifications
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information
- Process offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks in line with compliance requirements
- Liaise with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Generate regular reports and metrics related to recruitment activity

Working pattern:
What can you bring?
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR/recruitment support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking or HR systems
- A team-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes is desirable
