Full time: 37.5 hours per week, fixed term (1 year)
About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement & Operations Administrator to support our supply chain and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Procurement
- Administer the Know Your Supplier (KYS) process, including:
- Requesting supplier information
- Conducting risk analysis and supplier screening through the ADIT tool
- Assist with supply chain quality audits, ensuring all documentation and traceability records are available
- Maintain the approved supplier list and serve as the point of contact for supplier logistics
- Attend and contribute to global Testia Supply Chain calls and review meetings as required
- Create and maintain master data in the ERP system (SAGE X3 or similar) for new suppliers
- Oversee the goods receipt process, ensuring deliveries are logged, verified for accuracy, and routed correctly
Operations Admin
- Process sales orders and generate delivery notes accurately within the ERP system
- Arrange and track internal/external training, certifications, and compliance renewals for team members
- Assist with travel planning, including bookings, accommodation, and site access for inspectors/operators
- Monitor and replenish stock for office supplies, workwear, and consumables to maintain operational continuity
- Handle ad-hoc administrative requests and delegated tasks to support operations and management

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum good general education level (English & Maths proficiency required)
- Previous ERP system experience (data entry, order processing, inventory management)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with general office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment
Desirable
- Experience or interest in AI tools, basic scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Google AppSheet) for workflow automation

- Basic knowledge of COSH(Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), workplace safety, or manual handling requirements

Contract Details
