About the Role
We are seeking a Project Leader to join our dynamic Completion & Transitions team in London. This is a role designed for strategically-minded individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments—driving convergence, control, and closure while ensuring seamless handover to operations.
As a Project Leader, you will:
- Own the project client experience across complex organisational change programmes.
- Develop and implement transition planning strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end projects, delivering risk management, benefits realisation, and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
- Partner with business units (such a Construction, Procurement, and Facilities), balancing local delivery with global standards.

Your influence will span City, ILM, Train, and Programme delivery, shaping how stakeholders interact with complex organisational change at scale.
Key responsibility areas:
- Convergence - ensuring end-to-end integration and synchronisation.
- Control - delivery of operational handovers and escalation management.
- Closure/Closing Report - resolution of pending items, financial settlement, and residual risk mitigation.

Selection Criteria
- Experience leading large-scale projects with significant business impact.
- Proven ability to drive convergence, control, and closure in high-visibility programmes.
- Strong track record in managing application stakeholders and project governance.
- Ability to apply programme maturity models and risk frameworks in delivery.

- Practical experience across business programmes, delivery PMOs, and/or transition teams.
