Job Title

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Customer Journey & UAT Testing Coordinator to organize, execute, and take full ownership of our testing cycles.

Role Description

In this role, you will be the main point of contact who connects our business requirements, testing tools, and execution. You’ll write and execute UAT test cases, coordinate with distributed crowdsourced testers (uTest/Applause), and work directly with client Scrum teams to make sure defects are caught and resolved on time. You aren't just clicking buttons—you own the testing process end-to-end to ensure a seamless real-world user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Journey Ownership

  • Test Planning: Review user stories, business rules, and technical blueprints to build realistic "in the wild" customer journey test scenarios.
  • Test Case Writing & Execution: Write, organize, and execute functional UAT test cases (Web and Mobile) in Azure DevOps.
  • Test Data Setup: Request or generate the test data needed to carry out complex scenario testing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
