TG41353800 Audiences Administrator

Job Introduction

We are looking for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join the Audiences team at Tate Liverpool on a part-time basis.

This is a brand-new role, created to support our Visitor Experience, Marketing and Press team members as we prepare for the reopening of Tate Liverpool in 2027. It's a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment, helping to shape the return of one of the UK's leading galleries of modern and contemporary art.

As Team Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the team organised and connected, providing day-to-day administrative support across a wide range of activities. No two days will be the same – from coordinating meetings and supporting finances to helping deliver events and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, takes pride in their attention to detail and enjoys working collaboratively. You'll be adaptable and confident communicating with a wide range of colleagues and external partners. Good Microsoft Office skills are essential, and you'll be keen to learn new systems and ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
