About the Chef de Partie role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
