Key Responsibilities
As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will:
- Participate in strategic discussions, community initiatives, and AI Native HR ecosystem activities
- Share HR, talent acquisition, and workforce insights — particularly around AI adoption and the future of people functions
- Facilitate referrals, introductions, and collaboration opportunities where relevant
- Contribute to webinars, roundtables, workshops, and industry events focused on AI Native HR innovation
- Act as a trusted advisor within The Growth Circle ecosystem
- Support startups and growing businesses through strategic guidance on building AI-ready people functions
- Identify opportunities for collaboration between your professional network and The Growth Circle community
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking accomplished professionals who bring expertise, credibility, and a forward-thinking mindset about where HR is heading.
Ideal Partner Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Consulting
- Currently operating as an Independent HR Consultant, Freelance Recruiter, Fractional HR Leader, Talent Advisor, or Boutique HR Firm Founder
- Strong professional network with warm relationships among founders, CEOs, CHROs, and HR leaders at growing companies
- Experience working with startups, scaleups, SMEs, or high-growth organisations
- Curious about or actively working with AI tools in HR — you don't need to be a technologist, but you need to be open to the AI Native future
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for collaboration and ecosystem building
- Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
