THE BUSINESS

The LEGO Group is not just in the business of toys. It is in the business of imagination at scale. Increasingly, that imagination is being redirected toward sustainability, materials innovation, and long-term system change.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role sits where influence meets infrastructure.

As Senior Manager, Sustainability, you will help shape how materials, partnerships, and external ecosystems evolve to enable a low-carbon future. Not internally alone, but across industries.

This is ecosystem strategy. Not just corporate sustainability.

THE ROLE

You will operate as a connector, strategist, and execution lead across complex sustainability initiatives.

You Will

  • Co-shape and drive 2 to 3 high-impact initiatives focused on decarbonizing materials.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage emerging trends, technologies, and collaborators.
  • Support senior leadership, including the Chief Sustainability Officer, on high-level agendas and positioning.
  • Contribute to long-term system change strategies and sustainability roadmaps.
  • Collaborate across internal teams including materials strategy, public affairs, and communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
