- Salary £16.01 per hour, £31,219.50 per annum plus shift allowance

Make an Impact
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, welcoming visitors and bringing The Macallan brand, heritage and values to life
- Ensure The Macallan Estate is presented to the highest 5-star standards, maintaining immaculate front and back-of-house areas.
- Work collaboratively across the Estate to exceed guest expectations and provide personalised support, including accessibility and concierge services.
- Develop expert knowledge of The Macallan brand, products and experiences, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Host engaging distillery, estate, tasting and boutique experiences, tailoring recommendations to enhance each guest’s visit.
- Drive boutique performance through outstanding customer service, product expertise, responsible upselling and stock management.
- Adhere to all operational, health and safety, and brand standards, acting as an ambassador for The Macallan, Speyside and Scotland.
Your Talent and Skills
- Experienced Guest Experience Host within retail, hospitality or tourism sector. Meticulous in detail to ensure that the experience of the visitor is delivered to the highest standards as expected of a 5-star luxury destination.
- A charismatic, positive and engaging personality with outstanding customer service and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, The Macallan brand, heritage and markets. Additional spoken languages would be advantageous.
- Proven retail and sales experience, including link selling and delivering commercial results
- Confidence, professionalism and pride in personal presentation
- A friendly, approachable manner and commitment to the highest standards of guest service
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ownership
- A flexible, can-do attitude with strong personal standards and time management
- Knowledge of retail operations, including point-of-sale materials, cash handling, card transactions and customer data accuracy.
