What We’re Looking For
Role Title: Platform Specialist – UX/UI Reporting to: Director, Product UX Teams
Core Duties:
- Design Experience Architecture: Map intricate UX ecosystems (public education platform + financial life platforms) for end-users (jobseekers, employers, government agents).
- Responsive UI/UX Solutions: Design mobile-first, AI-augmented interfaces for web/mobile platforms used by +20,000+ users. Collaborate closely with developers to implement front-end designs.
- Research Driver: Define user pain points via competitor analysis, user personas, and prototyping, ensuring digital platforms align with ESG objectives & workforce transformation agendas.

- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Computer Science, or Psychology with 5+ years’ experience in digital platform design (including enterprise/regulatory workflows).
- Portfolio: Stand out with case studies focused on:
- Platforms using AI-driven personalisation or financial literacy modules.
- SaaS with government re-stakeholdering expertise (e.g.,",").
- Technical Skillset: Microsoft Edge DevTools, Figma/Adobe XD, HTML/CSS basics, API interacting for backend feature verification.
