Summary

The Rame Group Practice Salaried GP: 4 – 6 Sessions

The Rame Group Practice is a practice that is thriving in what for others have been difficult times. We think outside the box. We have been running academic and commercial research for many years and have a strong international reputation for our work. We also run the dermatology service for Southeast Cornwall. Our GPs have opportunities you will not find elsewhere. Why not come and meet us and see what we offer. We are a supportive, cohesive team who really do get on. We even have lunch at the local pub on a Friday at the partner’s expense.

If you want to work in a fully staffed and supportive stable practice, come and meet us. We seek to promote work life balance in these challenging times for general practice. The practice is situated in the Naval town of Torpoint, East Cornwall, just over the River Tamar from Plymouth with links via road or ferry in a beautiful purpose-built Health Centre. (Our GP team live as far afield as Tavistock and Totnes but travel because they value the team so much)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
