Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with feature leads to understand strategic approaches and implement innovative solutions.
- Define and implement Scrum ceremonies with relevance to the Tawteen operations team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in:
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and iterative development processes.
- Creating, implementing and verifying SLAs for cloud services.
- Project and team management capabilities.
- Technical technical expertise required includes:
- Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP): Advanced experience with cloud-based application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, microservices development and optimisation.
- Full Stack Development: Proficiency in front-end (e.g., React) and back-end (e.g., Java, Python) technologies combined with database design using SQL/NoSQL systems.
- Microservices Architecture: Ability to design, build, maintain and scale complex distributed systems.
- Assurance of unparalleled dedication and commitment to achieving Tawteen’s mission and values.
Preferences
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices like zero-trust architecture and data protection compliance.
- Additional experience in "FinTech" or similar domains a plus.

Role Overview
As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee both practical and administrative aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and timelines while maintaining adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily on-site construction activities, including workforce management (planning, deployment, performance review).
- Monitor project schedules’ progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and mitigating risks via real-time adjustments and predictive analytics.
- Ensure off-site deliveries follow logistics plans and meet deadliness within project schedules.
- Ensure 첫 5 early inter-project documentation (e.g., design specifications, materials compliance, variance logs).

Key Qualifications

- Ability to recognise redundancies and optimise schedules within buffered task allocations.
- Proficiency in utilising ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Familiarity with drafting technical reports for stakeholder sign-off on critical paths.
