About the Role
As a Scrub Practitioner / Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you’ll collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality surgical and endoscopy care across orthopedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, dermatology, and bariatric treatments. Your role demands precision, clinical expertise, and strong communication to support junior team members and patients in our 41 en-suite private bedrooms and state-of-the-art theatres.

Key Objectives:
- Operate in a cross-disciplinary environment, managing varied patient caseloads.
- Execute technically advanced surgical procedures using modern, state-of-the-art equipment.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior colleagues while upholding hygiene standards.
- Deliver user-focused theatre care, grounded in clinical best practice and evidence-based supports.
- Up-skilling opportunities like Surgical First Assist training available.

Requirements
- Registered with the NMC (for RGN candidates) or HCPC (ODP/SCRUB).
- Compelling post-registration experience in scrub theatre roles, preferably within surgical/endoscopy environments.
- Team player mentality with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Dereliction of strong clinical adaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
