We are now seeking a motivated and skilled Theatre Practitioner (Scrub RN/ODP) to join our friendly and professional Theatre team.

About The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of surgical specialities. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will:

Support the delivery of safe and efficient theatre care Prepare and manage equipment and consumables Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams Deliver an excellent patient experience through strong communication and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

NMC or HCPC registration Proven experience as a Scrub Practitioner Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to high standards of patient care and safety Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

Surgical First Assistant qualification Advanced Surgical Practitioner qualification
