We're seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our Theatrical Marketing team
This role will partner with Product Managers to develop and execute compelling local social, digital, and influencer marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and box office performance for film releases in the UK and Ireland.
Key job responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Craft and implement local data-driven social media strategies aligned with global campaign objectives for each UK Theatrical release
- Design and execute a long-term digital content strategy for Amazon MGM UK channels
- Develop innovative digital storytelling and creative concepts with strong cultural relevance
- Design comprehensive editorial calendars and amplification strategies for theatrical events in the UK and Ireland.
- Monitor and leverage emerging trends and consumer behaviours
- Coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to maximize campaign impact
Content Strategy & Production
- Lead end-to-end local content marketing strategy development and implementation
- Oversee production of local content, including briefing, editing, and quality control
- Manage production schedules and ensure alignment with local marketing campaigns
- Drive innovation in content formats and platform utilization
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize local content marketing strategies accordingly
- Maintain vendor relationships (agencies, freelancers, contributors)

Talent & Influencer Collaborations
- Build and manage a network of content marketing creators
- Negotiate and execute creator collaborations for local marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze creator performance metrics
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Proven theatrical marketing experience within the industry
- Demonstrated success in marketing/social media roles at global media companies
- In-depth knowledge of the UK and Ireland media landscape and cultural trends
- Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills
- Excellence in cross-functional team collaboration
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Track record of working with filmmakers, talent, and influencers
- Comprehensive understanding of theatrical marketing and digital platforms
