Job Description
The Role

The Role
You’ll Provide Practical, Emotional And Behavioural Support To Young People In Our Care, Ensuring They Feel Safe, Valued And Empowered. Duties Include:

- Building positive, professional relationships
- Supporting daily routines (cooking, cleaning, home tasks)
- Keeping accurate records and contributing to care plans
- Supporting young people in meetings with professionals
- Working collaboratively with the team
About You
- Compassionate, patient and resilient
- Able to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
- Confident in challenging behaviour positively
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in children’s care (desirable)
Shift Info
- Full Time Position
- 24 hour shift (10am-10am) £278 per shift
- 3rd person shift (7.30am-10.30pm) £227.50 per shift
- 2 on 3 off rota
- £13.50ph | £62 sleep rate
