Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Therapist role focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients within MantraCare’s digital health ecosystem. The Therapist will conduct virtual assessments, deliver ongoing therapy sessions, and collaborate with the AI-driven platform to personalize treatment plans and monitor progress. The Therapist will support clients across a range of mental health and behavioral needs, contribute to program improvement through feedback, and participate in occasional team meetings and trainings in a flexible, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or certified mental health professional (e.g., psychologist, counselor, clinical social worker, psychotherapist) with authorization to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth or online therapy, with strong comfort using digital tools and AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (such as CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused therapy) and person-centered care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, case formulation, and risk management skills, including the ability to work with diverse populations and levels of acuity.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities; capacity to maintain clear, timely documentation in electronic health records.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time caseload, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience or interest in integrated care environments, including areas such as chronic disease management, workplace wellness, or insurer-supported programs.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; prior experience in digital health or global care settings is an advantage.
