We are seeking an enthusiastic Therapy Assistant Practitioner (TAP) to join our dynamic Community Rehabilitation and Short Term Assessment Team (CR-STAT) to work with Community Care Plus (CCP) Therapy Virtual ward pathway, in Greenwich.
As part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), you will work under the guidance of allied health professional (AHP) colleagues to deliver rehabilitation care plans in patients’ own homes. You will help patients regain independence and maximise their rehabilitation potentials by implementing therapy programmes, prescribing appropriate equipment, and monitoring progress to ensure care is personalised and effective.
The CCP pathway supports Greenwich residents with early discharge from acute hospitals by providing timely, intensive rehabilitation in the community. Due to the nature of the service, rapid interventions are often required and may need to be delivered at short notice to meet urgent rehabilitation and discharge needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and patient-focused team, making a real difference to the lives of residents across Greenwich.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
